Program Manager : 1 Position : work from Office : SLK Bangalore

This is for Program Manager role
Responsibilities:
Manage at least 10~15 members team in QA/Automation front with focus towards Quality of application
Understand the application/domain end to end, take ownership of group of applications from a QA perspective and develop Test automation scripts
Drive the team to ensure on-time delivery, quality improvement KPIs
Communicate effectively to different stake holders on the project progress at different time lines (weekly/bi-weekly/monthly etc., )
Collaborate with customers, other managers, team leads to resolve any team blockers and bring up best practices, solutions
Responsible for team development and growth including setting goals and objectives, identifying skill gaps, facilitating trainings, career planning, providing regular feedbacks, handling appraisals, managing rewards and recognitions to the team
Responsible for hiring, managing attrition and talent retention for the team.
Responsible for building innovation culture in the team.
