ਜੱਜ ਨੇ ਫੈਸਲਾ ਸੁਣਾਇਆ ਕਿ ਡੀਐਚਐਸ ਬਿਨਾਂ ਕਿਸੇ ਕਾਰਨ ਦੇ ਵਿਦਿਆਰਥੀ ਦਰਜਾ ਰੱਦ ਨਹੀਂ ਕਰ ਸਕਦਾ, ਸੇਵਿਸ ਰਿਕਾਰਡਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਬਹਾਲ ਕਰਨ ਅਤੇ ਦੇਸ਼ ਨਿਕਾਲੇ ਦੀਆਂ ਕਾਰਵਾਈਆਂ ਨੂੰ 14 ਦਿਨਾਂ ਲਈ ਰੋਕ ਦੇਣ ਦਾ ਹੁਕਮ ਦਿੱਤਾ।
