Indian American Satish Jha has been appointed to the Board of Directors at Octaga Green Power & Technologies Ltd.
Octaga Green Power is part of the B.B. Paul Group, a consortium of companies with interests in diverse activities ranging from engineering and design consultancy to technology in the sugar sector.
In a statement, Octaga Green said the appointment aligns with Jha’s continuing efforts to advance clean energy initiatives. “As Chairman of Pinewood Systems, which oversees a 500 MW solar power project through Braithwaite Solar Power Ltd, his joining Octaga Green brings invaluable experience and vision to our shared mission of powering a sustainable future.”

Jha’s leadership in the renewable energy sector will greatly strengthen Octaga Green’s commitment to innovation, growth, and environmental responsibility. “We are excited about the new opportunities this synergy will create and look forward to take this journey forward.”
Jha, based in Boston, is also the chairman of BNSPL, the owner of 500 MW ground-mounted Solar plant project across Maharashtra. He has worked in global CXO roles with several Fortune 100 companies headquartered in Europe and the US.
