More About Dipa & Her Yoga Experience
Dipa has been teaching Hatha Yoga and Meditation for over 27 years. She graduated from The International Sivananda Yoga and Vedanta, Kerala, India, and Vivekananda Yoga, Bangalore, India.
She holds the title of Master of Yoga from The International Sivananda Yoga, Himalayas, India.
(Yoga Acharya).
Dipa teaches to people from all walks of life including, children, teenagers, pre and post natal, seniors and participants with chronic illness and mental challenges. She has taught in various countries such as India, Singapore and U.K
She also conducts workshops on various topic of yoga and health. She enhances her classes and workshops by including the five important points of Yoga; she also introduces the four paths of yoga.
Besides practicing yoga, Dipa also enjoys cooking and creating vegetarian cuisine.
