નીતુ સિંઘલ પંજાબી યુનિવર્સિટીમાંથી પત્રકારત્વ અને માસ કોમ્યુનિકેશનમાં માસ્ટર ડિગ્રી ધરાવે છે. તેમણે ઘણા છાપેલા અખબારો અને ઘણા સ્થાનિક રેડિયો સ્ટેશનોમાં આરજે તરીકે પણ કામ કર્યું છે. તેઓ 2003 માં યુએસ આવ્યા હતા અને હાલમાં ટેક્સાસમાં રહે છે.
