Mindfulness company is seeking a Sales Coordinator to support B2B sales and account management. This is not a sales role but more an operational role.

Responsibilities

  • Onboarding new vendors including coordinating with vendors and clients to ensure all necessary paperwork and compliance documents
  • Maintaining Monday.com boards for the department’s project management
  • Pulling and gathering all related sales data and populating sales reports
  • Administering department software systems and technical platforms as it pertains to sales duties
  • Integrating with Finance for sales-related accounts receivable needs, invoices, and general paperwork
  • Integrating with the Operations department on tasks related to systems that support our team, troubleshooting issues when they arise
  • Assisting the Account Managers with order and contract processing, client relations, and customer inquiries
  • Coordinating live online classes, including scheduling and technical support
  • Collecting and analyzing sales data to support the Head of Experiences in identifying trends, evaluating performance to help make informed decisions
  • Monitor client requests for platform assistance and assist with product demos
  • Providing general administrative support to the Experiences team, including scheduling meetings, preparing reports and proposals, invoicing, and managing correspondence
  • Help manage client finances/billing, forecasting, pipeline of opportunities
     

Qualifications:

  • At least 1+ year of experience in a sales support or administrative role, including vendor management, invoicing & sales data collection
  • Good with numbers, comfortable with sales data
  • A great attitude and willingness to be flexible
  • Proven experience with tracking multiple projects and managing deadlines
  • Proficiency in Monday.com, Google Suite, Xero, Wordpress, Slack, Hubspot and Zoom
  • Experience working in a fully remote and virtual environment preferred- working computer with fast and reliable internet
