• Pipeline Development: Build and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates for various technical roles, ensuring a steady flow of talent for current and future client needs.
• Candidate Screening: Conduct initial screening of candidates, leveraging AI to assist with crafting pre-screening questions and ensuring candidates meet the technical and cultural fit requirements of clients.
