Requirements

Key Responsibilities:
 

  • Cargowise Administration: Utilize and manage Cargowise software to streamline logistics processes and enhance data accuracy.
  • Warehousing & Transportation Management: Collaborate with team members to optimize warehousing and transportation operations, ensuring timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Reporting & Data Management: Generate and maintain regular reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and operational metrics. Ensure data integrity and manage information effectively.
  • Software Implementation & Migrations: Assist in the planning and execution of software implementations and migrations, providing support to ensure smooth transitions and minimal disruption to operations.
  • Microsoft Office Proficiency: Utilize the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) to create documentation, analyze data, and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
     

Qualifications
 

  • Proven experience as a Cargowise user or administrator.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing and transportation processes.
  • Proficient in the Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel for reporting and data analysis.
  • Basic reporting skills with the ability to interpret data and provide insights.
  • Experience with data management and data integrity processes.
  • Familiarity with software implementation or migration projects is a plus.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Travel on a "as needed basis"
