What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
 

  • Serve as the first line of GIS technical support for users
  • Validate the operation of virtual desktop and Pro environments, as well as enterprise GIS applications
  • Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on customer concerns
  • Escalate technical issues and coordinate with IT staff for resolutions
  • Instruct users on utilizing Esri ArcGIS solutions and applications
     

What Is Required (Qualifications)
 

  • Experience in providing technical support, preferably in GIS or IT environments
  • Proficiency with Esri ArcGIS solutions and related applications
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to develop and maintain system/technical documentation
  • Must have a cell phone for business communication
     

How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
 

  • Previous experience with GDOT or similar governmental organizations
  • Familiarity with database, network, and server support roles
  • Experience in developing training materials and conducting training sessions
  • Knowledge of best practices for GIS applications and solutions
