You will be at the forefront of driving the product strategy behind the deployment and scaling of their revolutionary platform for the U.S. government. You will play a critical role in shaping and executing the product strategy, ensuring it meets the needs of federal and commercial customers in the defense and national security sectors. This is a high-impact role that requires a mix of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and customer-centric innovation.
What you'll do..
- Develop and communicate a compelling vision and roadmap for the product, aligning with company goals and customer needs.
- Collaborate with federal and commercial customers to deeply understand their workflows, pain points, and mission objectives.
- Stay ahead of industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
- Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales teams to drive product development and go-to-market success.
- Translate customer feedback and market insights into clear, actionable product requirements and user stories.
- Define, track, and report on key product metrics to measure success and identify areas for improvement.
- Drive the discovery and delivery of new features and capabilities that enhance the value of the product for mission-critical use cases
Required experience:
- 10+ years of product management experience, preferably in SaaS, defense tech, or cloud-based platforms.
- Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure, edge deployment models, DevSecOps, and security frameworks in the defense ecosystem.
- Demonstrated ability to work with federal customers and translate their mission requirements into impactful product solutions.
- Proficiency in using data and metrics to drive decision-making and prioritize product initiatives.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- This role requires U.S citizenship due to government contract requirements.
Any experience leading the full lifecycle of scaling a new product line at a startup, from initial concept through development, go-to-market, and continuous iteration would be highly beneficial,
