Role Overview

We’re seeking a Talent & Brand Manager to manage relationships with talent and brands, negotiate deals, and oversee the full lifecycle of campaigns.

While relationship-building is a key part of the job, success here depends on your ability to close deals, think strategically, and drive revenue. If you enjoy the challenge of sales and the satisfaction of creating great partnerships that make an impact, this is the role for you!

Key Responsibilities

  • Regularly check in with talent to ensure they are supported and satisfied.
  • Negotiate better deals and opportunities for talent.
  • Identify and reach out to brands to create potential partnerships and brand deals.
  • Manage the entire lifecycle of brand campaigns, from creation to final wrap-up.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with global brands and partners.
  • Match top-tier brands with our talent roster.

Essential Skills

  • Proven experience as a talent manager, with a history of completing brand deals.
  • Campaign management experience at any capacity.
  • Strong negotiation skills that leave everyone smiling.
  • Comfort in managing a high volume of emails and confidently engaging with brands and influencers.

Desirable (But Not Deal Breaking!):

  • Familiarity with tools like Monday.com, Asana, or other project management software.
  • Experience with platforms like Apollo or Mixmax.
