Qualia is seeking an Associate Product Manager to fuel the growth of its Marketplace offering. In this role, you will support our Marketplace/Title Production team, reviewing customer feedback, defining problems, and documenting requirements. You will work directly with Engineering and Design to drive project execution. You will collaborate with Marketing and Customer Success to launch features and drive adoption.
Responsibilities
- Identify, assess, and prioritize feedback from customers and from internal stakeholders like Sales, Customer Success, and Customer Support
- Write clear product requirements documents that communicate problems, criteria, and context succinctly
- Partner with Engineering and Design to implement elegant and robust product solutions
- Support the Product team in building out short and medium term roadmaps
- Become an expert in Qualia products and in our customers’ workflows
YOUR BACKGROUND THAT LIKELY MAKES YOU A MATCH
- 1+ years working in product development or in an adjacent role solving complex problems
- Experience at a software start-up is preferred
- Keen sense for distilling complexity and untangling subtle problems
- Exceptional organizational and communication skills and ability to work independently
- Ability to prioritize among conflicting demands and work with ambiguity
- Passion for product quality and a positive user experience
- Consistent track record of creative problem solving and overcoming challenges
- While this role is based in Austin, TX, we're open to exploring remote possibilities for qualified candidates
