About The Opportunity

We’re looking for a Brand Success Manager to lead the day to day of our brand success program. In this position, you’ll work closely with new and existing brands on our platform to ensure they have success from day 1 and help them get the most out of the platform as they grow with us.

This role offers a unique opportunity for someone who is passionate about content, influencer marketing and d2c brands. As the key liaison between the Lobby and our brand partners, you’ll get to work with some of the most exciting brands of the moment, helping them build and scale best in class influencer / UGC programs on The Lobby.

 

What You'll do

  • Conduct onboarding calls, educating new brands about how to get great content and training them on how to use The Lobby
  • Monitor brand stats every week to make sure brands are on track and spot brands that aren’t
  • Serve as the key point of contact for brands for strategic and content related questions
  • Conduct check in calls with brands to demo new features, answer questions, provide feedback on strategy and help brands that have fallen off track
  • Review brand campaigns and materials and provide feedback
  • Come up with campaign ideas and content angles that help brands get impactful content
