Skills:

We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and play a critical role in onboarding new customers, ensuring their successful transition to the WorkHorse platform.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their onboarding process.
Facilitate the gathering and organization of customer information, including contracts, forms, and data required for onboarding.
Manage data imports, spreadsheets, and system integrations with attention to detail.
Provide in-depth training on the WorkHorse platform, ensuring customers feel confident and empowered to use the software effectively.
Collaborate closely with the sales and success team to support a seamless onboarding experience.
Work directly with an assigned salesperson to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Maintain regular contact with customers to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction during the onboarding period.

Qualifications:

Alarm industry experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with the operational and technical aspects of security and fire alarm companies will be a significant advantage.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
Proficiency in data management, including spreadsheets and importing/exporting data.
Experience providing software training or customer support.
Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or billing software is a plus.
