We’re seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing team and play a critical role in onboarding new customers, ensuring their successful transition to the WorkHorse platform.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for new customers during their onboarding process.
  • Facilitate the gathering and organization of customer information, including contracts, forms, and data required for onboarding.
  • Manage data imports, spreadsheets, and system integrations with attention to detail.
  • Provide in-depth training on the WorkHorse platform, ensuring customers feel confident and empowered to use the software effectively.
  • Collaborate closely with the sales and success team to support a seamless onboarding experience.
  • Work directly with an assigned salesperson to ensure alignment and effective communication.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to address questions, resolve issues, and ensure ongoing satisfaction during the onboarding period.

Qualifications:

  • Alarm industry experience is highly preferred. Familiarity with the operational and technical aspects of security and fire alarm companies will be a significant advantage.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple onboarding projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in data management, including spreadsheets and importing/exporting data.
  • Experience providing software training or customer support.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with sales and technical teams.
  • Familiarity with CRM, ERP, or billing software is a plus.
