About the Role
- As a Lead Product Manager, you’ll own and execute the product roadmap for our client, NetYield. Their flagship cloud-based ERP product is designed for seafood companies and any related extension products. You’ll gather ideas for new features from their customers and NetYield teams, bring them to life in written product specifications, and make the tough decisions around prioritizing our development efforts. You’ll coordinate new product launches and work with their client-facing teams on announcing, documenting, supporting, and training on improvements to the platform. You’ll know their target and actual customers best and spread this knowledge throughout NetYield.
- You will report directly to the CEO.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of experience building technology (e.g., product, development, design, UX / UI, testing / QA, growth)
- Experience working with a remote development team
- Ability to prioritize, manage expectations, inspire, and resolve conflict
- Organized and detail oriented
- Strong written and verbal communication
Helpful But Not Required
- Experience working with B2B applications
- Experience working with a small development team
- Design / UX knowledge and toolset (e.g., Figma, InVision, Miro)
- Development knowledge and toolset (e.g., Rails, React, PostgreSQL)
- Experience gathering and interpreting usage data
