The Opportunity
Digs is a category-making startup poised for rapid growth. We’re looking for an expert Marketing Manager experienced in DTC lead generation. This role is ONLY for someone who is a driven, high-impact Marketer, that means eat, sleep and live to accelerate our growth and increase our customer base. This is a unique opportunity to be part of a high-growth startup as we define an entirely new category of home maintenance. This is a high-impact role in a high-growth startup.
The Role:
As the Marketing Manager at Digs, you’ll play a critical role in our growth. You will work closely with the CEO and CRO. Your primary responsibility is to grow our customer base through DTC marketing efforts that generate leads that convert to sales. This is about the entire funnel from lead to sale. Primary focus at first is on the top of the funnel, generating leads that convert to appointments (that then convert to sales). We have ambitious goals and you will be a key part in realizing these goals. You will be the first member of the full-time marketing team and you must be comfortable in and thrive in hands-on work and real, ground-up building.
Responsibilities:
- Generate leads that convert to sales
- Create, manage, test and refine ad campaigns
- Identify areas in the funnel to be improved and then devise and implement strategies (test/experimements) to address those areas (tracking results religiously)
- Work closely with sales team to make sure leads are converting to sales
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators to drive growth, identify issues early, and address those issues quickly.
- Work with Leadership (CEO and CRO) to maximize throughput and efforts from Lead to Close.
Requirements:
- Proven track record of high-growth DTC marketing
- 2+ years of prior DTC marketing experience
- Have a get-it-done and figure-it-out mentality to achieve goals by whatever means necessary
- We work startup hours
- Preferred: Prior experience working at a startup
Compensation & Details
- Base Salary $70k (starting at)
- This is a full-time W2 position
- This is a remote position- meetings conducted via video (google meet) and phone
