What You'll Do
As a Product Marketing Manager at TRACTIAN, you will connect Product, Sales, and Marketing to ensure Tractian solutions are positioned for maximum adoption and revenue growth. You will craft compelling narratives, equip sales teams with impactful materials, and ensure customers fully grasp the value of our technology. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will develop go-to-market strategies, refine messaging, and drive product launches that resonate with industrial professionals.

Responsibilities

  • Lead product launches, collaborating with Product and Sales to ensure consistent messaging across all channels.
  • Define and refine the product narrative, ensuring clear differentiation and alignment with customer needs.
  • Develop battle cards, presentations, training materials, and other sales collateral to empower the commercial team.
  • Conduct research to understand customer pain points, competitive landscape, and industry trends to inform positioning.
  • Work closely with customers to create case studies, testimonials, and content that builds credibility and drives adoption.
  • Partner with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams to ensure product-market fit and a seamless customer journey.

,Requirements

  • B2B hands-on experience in go-to-market planning, product launches, and cross-functional alignment with Product, Sales, and Customer Success teams.
  • Strong ability to develop product positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions based on market research and customer insights.
  • Experience in user behavior analysis using tools like PostHog, Amplitude, or Heap, leveraging insights to refine messaging and optimize user onboarding.
  • Advanced skills in content creation for both technical and non-technical audiences, including white papers, case studies, and training materials.
  • Solid project management skills, with experience leading multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical information into accessible content.
  • Engineering degree (Mechanical, Electrical, Production, etc.) or a related field, and/or experience in the industry/manufacturing sector.
