Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with company objectives and market trends.
- Identify and analyze industry trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to position the company effectively.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and monitor marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, print, and events.
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation, customer retention, and market share growth.
- Manage advertising, sponsorships, and partnerships within the energy sector.
- Oversee digital marketing efforts, including SEO, SEM, social media, and email marketing.
- Track, analyze, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and ROI.
- Leverage data analytics to refine strategies and enhance audience targeting.
- Develop compelling content, including whitepapers, case studies, blogs, and presentations tailored to the energy sector.
- Maintain and enhance brand consistency and positioning across all touchpoints.
- Partner with internal teams to ensure technical and regulatory accuracy in content and messaging.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. A Master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum 5-7 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the energy or a related sector.
- Demonstrated success in managing marketing campaigns and driving measurable results.
- Strong understanding of the energy sector, including renewable energy, energy efficiency, and utility markets.
- Proficiency in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, HubSpot, Salesforce, etc.).
