We are seeking a Hybrid Researcher Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and optimizing our operational processes while doing research for our Managing Partners. You will play a critical part in sourcing talent, ensuring smooth internal operations, and driving strategic initiatives. This is a hybrid role, blending hands-on recruiting research with operational management responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

Research & Recruiting Support:

  • Conduct thorough market research to identify and source high-quality candidates for various roles.
  • Develop and maintain a strong database of potential candidates and industry contacts.
  • Collaborate with recruiters to create tailored talent sourcing strategies.
  • Utilize tools and platforms to streamline candidate research and analysis.

Operations Management:

  • Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure seamless workflow across the firm.
  • Implement and refine processes to improve efficiency and scalability.
  • Manage internal systems, including CRM and applicant tracking tools.
  • Coordinate cross-functional efforts to meet client deliverables and deadlines.

Strategic Initiatives:

  • Partner with leadership to develop and execute strategic goals.
  • Monitor and report on key performance metrics, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Contribute to business development efforts through market insights and trend analysis.

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role, preferably within a small company environment.
  • Strong background in recruiting research, operations, or a combination of both.
  • 2 years experience in a contingency recruiting or talent acquisition for sales and/or software.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.
  • Proficiency in CRM and recruiting tools (e.g., LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS software).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Location & Work Arrangement:

This position is primarily remote but may involve occasional in-person meetings. Candidates based in Buffalo, NY, are strongly preferred.
