How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare

  • Execute the funded product roadmap for Gifthealth’s digital pharmacy platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
  • Collaborate with engineering to design, build, and launch scalable, secure, and high-performing healthcare technology products.
  • Help design and support technical requirements surrounding API integrations, data flows, and other technical aspects of our platform and vendor integrations.
  • Partner with pharmacy operations, compliance, and customer success teams to enhance workflows and optimize the prescription intake and fulfillment process.
  • Leverage and design data insights to identify opportunities for new features, operational improvements, and patient engagement enhancements.
  • Ensure products adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, e-prescribing standards, and pharmacy compliance requirements.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to define technical and business requirements for go-to-market strategies, messaging, and adoption plans for new product launches.

A Few Things About You

  • 3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager in healthcare, pharmacy, or digital health.
  • Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment, or healthcare technology platforms.
  • Experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
  • Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, EHR integrations, e-prescriptions, etc.).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and drive Agile development cycles.
  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.
  • Bonus: Experience with HL7, FHIR, EDI, or healthcare interoperability standards.
