How You’ll Help Us Improve Healthcare

Execute the funded product roadmap for Gifthealth’s digital pharmacy platform, ensuring alignment with business goals and regulatory requirements.
Collaborate with engineering to design, build, and launch scalable, secure, and high-performing healthcare technology products.
Help design and support technical requirements surrounding API integrations, data flows, and other technical aspects of our platform and vendor integrations.
Partner with pharmacy operations, compliance, and customer success teams to enhance workflows and optimize the prescription intake and fulfillment process.
Leverage and design data insights to identify opportunities for new features, operational improvements, and patient engagement enhancements.
Ensure products adhere to healthcare regulations, including HIPAA, e-prescribing standards, and pharmacy compliance requirements.
Work with marketing and sales teams to define technical and business requirements for go-to-market strategies, messaging, and adoption plans for new product launches.

A Few Things About You

3+ years of experience as a Technical Product Manager in healthcare, pharmacy, or digital health.
Strong understanding of pharmacy operations, prescription fulfillment, or healthcare technology platforms.
Experience working with APIs, SaaS platforms, and cloud-based solutions.
Familiarity with healthcare regulatory requirements (HIPAA, EHR integrations, e-prescriptions, etc.).
Proven ability to collaborate with engineering teams and drive Agile development cycles.
Strong analytical mindset with experience using data to drive product decisions.
Bonus: Experience with HL7, FHIR, EDI, or healthcare interoperability standards.
