Brooks, a leading happiness researcher and co-author of ‘Build the Life You Want: The Art and Science of Getting Happier’, will provide insights on the science of happiness. A former president of the American Enterprise Institute, he connects data-driven strategies with real-world fulfillment.

Attendees will also get to experience a guided meditation session with the founder of the Art of Living Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to global peace and well-being. His SKY Breath Meditation technique, backed by over 100 studies, has reached 800 million people across 181 countries.

“Happiness is not something you chase; it is something you cultivate from within,” Sri Sri Ravi Shankar said.“There is nothing to worry about. Life gives you both positives and negatives. Focus on the good and move ahead with commitment. Welcome each day with a genuine smile from within. When the mind is at peace, joy arises naturally,” he added.

The event follows Sri Sri Ravi Shankar’s participation in Semafor’s “The State of Happiness in 2025,” on March 20, where he will lead a meditation and discuss findings from the 2025 World Happiness Report.
