The US-India Strategic Partnership Forum (USISPF) hosted the inaugural US–India Economic Forum with the Confederation of Indian Industry (CII) on Apr. 25, on the sidelines of the 2025 International Monetary Fund (IMF) and the World Bank Spring Meetings.
It convened senior financial and investment leaders from India and the United States to examine the future of the economic partnership, access evolving financial trends, and explore new opportunities for strategic cooperation between the two nations.
The US-India Economic Forum provided a high-level platform for meaningful dialogue on macroeconomic trends, trade and investment priorities, and the shared goal of deepening financial linkages between the US and India.

The forum drew distinguished leaders, including Governor Sanjay Malhotra of the Reserve Bank of India (RBI), Chief Economic Advisor to the Government of India Dr V Anantha Nageswaran, Executive Director, International Monetary Fund Prof. Krishnamurthy V Subramanian, among others.
