A group of 80 Non Resident Indians (NRIs) from 27 countries will join 400 devotees for a visit to Ayodhya's Ram Temple next week. Dr.Vijay Jolly, the president of the Delhi Study Group will lead the group.
Notably, Jolly had organized a special offering for the temple's inauguration in which water 7 Continents and 156 Nations was collected and used to perform Jalabhishek (water consecration) of the Ram idol.
According to a release, the devotees will reach Ayodhya on Apr.21 and participate in the evening arti at Saryu Ghat Arti. Following that they will visit the Hanuman Garhi Mandir to seek blessings of Lord Hanuman.
On Apr.22 they will visit the Ram Temple accompanied by Champat Rai (general secretary-Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra), Ram Lal (Rashtriya Swayamsevak Sangh- Sampark Vibhag chief), Dinesh Chandra (patron Vishwa Hindu Parishad) and Indian-origin businessman Ashok Kumar Tiwary (Pravasi Bharatiya Samman awardee).
