The Ahmedabad International Flower Show 2025 has earned a Guinness World Record for the world’s largest flower bouquet. Measuring 10.24 meters in height and 10.84 meters in diameter, the floral masterpiece now surpasses the previous record set by Al-Ain Municipality in the UAE.
The record-breaking bouquet, displayed at the Sabarmati Riverfront, was unveiled on Jan. 3 by Gujarat Chief Minister Bhupendra Patel during the show’s inauguration. The annual event features more than 1 million flowers from 50 species and over 30 sculptures spread across thematic zones, including culture, sustainability, and future visions.

This remarkable achievement showcases Ahmedabad's love for nature and creativity, while spreading the "Khushboo Gujarat Ki "across the world,” CM Patel commented.

This marks the second consecutive Guinness World Record for the event. Last year, the show was recognized for creating a 400-meter-long flower wall, breaking the previous record of 166.15 meters.
Since its inception in 2013, the flower show has become a hallmark of Ahmedabad’s cultural calendar. During his visit last year, Prime Minister Narendra Modi emphasized public participation, which organizers believe will boost attendance beyond 2 million this year.
