Kumar is known for his impactful performances in social dramas, such as 'Baby' and 'Toilet: Ek Prem Katha.'
'Sarfira' is directed by National Award-winning director Sudha Kongara, who directed the Tamil film. Sharing equal excitement, she wrote on X, “When the whole world is calling you a mad fool, a Sarfira is born!”
The original Tamil film, 'Soorarai Pottru,' drew inspiration from the life of G. R. Gopinath, the founder of Simplifly Deccan.
