Amit Singh on SIA’s 2024 staffing 100 list

Singh’s spot on the list coincided with the company’s 20th anniversary.

Amit Singh, CEO and co-founder of SPECTRAFORCE,  one of the largest and fastest growing American staffing firms has earned a place on the Staffing Industry Analysts’ (SIA) Staffing 100 North America list for 2024. 

Singh made it to the list after two decades worth of service. The recognition also coincided with his company’s 20th anniversary celebration, indicating Singh’s completion of two decades with the organization.

The Staffing 100 North America list, sponsored by Indeed, recognizes leaders who have successfully guided their companies through a resilient economy. With the US staffing market standing at an estimated US$ 201.7 billion, SPECTRAFORCE achieved  19.67 percent year-over-year growth under Singh’s leadership. 

Moreover, the company was also recognized as a Great Place to Work in India and one of Inc. Magazine’s Best Workplaces in the US. Singh, also an Eisenhower Fellow, serves on the board of advisors and as chair for the Kenan Institute of Private Enterprise, University of North Carolina (UNC). 

“Being included in the SIA Staffing North America 100 list is not just a personal achievement but a testament to the collective efforts of the entire SPECTRAFORCE team,” he said in a statement.

Ursula Williams, president of SIA, underscored the contributions of leaders like Singh, stating, “In the realm of leadership, greatness is not merely defined by titles, but by the resilience and vision to navigate uncharted waters.”
