Legendary Indian actor Amitabh Bachchan’s superhit films from the 70s and 80s will be screened at the 70 th Sydney Film Festival (SFF) 2023, to be held at 13 iconic venues across Sydney. The festival organizers chose four films out of the eleven that were curated and restored by the Film Heritage Foundation, and screened in 19 Indian cities in 2022, to mark Bachchan’s milestone 80th birthday.
The selected films, Deewar, Amar Akbar Anthony, Kaala Patthar, and Don, will be screened at various venues between June 7-17.
