Andhra CM Chandrababu Naidu applauds Dallas-based AI prodigy

Fourteen-year-old AI expert Siddarth Nandyala earned praise for building a heart condition detection app, Circadian AI, which has 96% real-world accuracy.

Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu has praised young innovator Siddarth Nandyala for his revolutionary work in healthcare technology. Nandyala, from Dallas, is known as the world’s youngest certified AI professional—with credentials from Oracle and ARM.

He has developed Circadian AI, an app designed for early detection of heart conditions. The app uses heart sound recordings captured via smartphone to identify potential cardiovascular issues within seconds.

Chandrababu shared his excitement about the teenager’s groundbreaking invention on X. 

“This 14-year-old has made detecting heart-related problems easier!” Naidu wrote in a post on X, adding that Siddarth’s dedication to using AI for public health is truly commendable.

He further said, "I am very impressed by Siddharth’s extraordinary talent and dedication to using technology for the benefit of humankind. At such a young age, he is an inspiration to us all. I wholeheartedly encourage him to pursue his passion for healthcare technology and assure him of our full support in all his endeavors."
 



Chandrababu also mentioned in the post that the app has already shown remarkable results, with over 15,000 tests conducted in the United States and more than 700 patients evaluated in India. At Guntur Government General Hospital (GGH) in Andhra Pradesh, the app demonstrated over 96 percent accuracy in real-world medical use, garnering attention from doctors and officials alike.

Nandyala recently met Naidu and Deputy CM Pawan Kalyan, both of whom were deeply impressed by his work. 

Adding to his list of achievements, Nandyala has been admitted to the Bachelor of Science in Computer Science program at the Erik Jonsson School of Engineering and Computer Science, University of Texas at Dallas, for Fall 2025.

Sharing the news on LinkedIn, Nandyala wrote, "This milestone marks a significant chapter in my academic journey, and it wouldn’t have been possible without the unwavering support of my incredible network—family, friends, mentors, and colleagues."

Reflecting on his journey, he added, "The path to this achievement was filled with learning, challenges, and growth, and I'm excited to embark on this new adventure with the UTD Comet family.  To everyone who has been part of my story so far—thank you! Your guidance and encouragement have truly made a difference. Here’s to the next step in pursuing my passion for technology and innovation!"
