Andhra Pradesh Chief Minister Chandrababu Naidu hosted a high-profile delegation from the U.S.-India Business Council (USIBC) at his office in Amaravati. The meeting focused on fostering foreign investment, job creation, and technological innovation in the state.

The USIBC delegation was led by managing director Rahul Sharma, alongside senior advisor and managing director emeritus Alyssa Ayres, policy director Sameer Guduru, and policy associate Akanksha Gupta. 

The group discussed various strategies to enhance bilateral trade and investment between India and the United States. They put importance on creating an inclusive business environment.

USIBC, which serves as a key industry voice in strengthening U.S.-India economic ties, expressed its commitment to supporting Chief Minister Naidu's vision of transforming Andhra Pradesh into a global hub for technological innovation and foreign investment.

The discussions explored potential avenues for collaboration in sectors such as technology, infrastructure, and sustainable development, which are critical to the state's economic growth.

Chief Minister Naidu highlighted his administration's efforts to make Andhra Pradesh a preferred destination for international investors. He underscored the state’s robust policy framework and its focus on ease of doing business, which has already attracted significant attention from global companies.

The meeting marked a significant step in deepening U.S.-India economic relations.
