Texas-based financial technology company, DoubleCheck Solutions, has named Ashwin Rangan as its new chief executive officer, succeeding outgoing co-CEOs Joel Schwartz and Bill Amelio.
Rangan brings over two decades of leadership experience in innovation, artificial intelligence, and business growth.
Before joining DoubleCheck, he served as chief innovation and information officer at the Internet Corporation for Assigned Names and Numbers (ICANN). His career includes executive roles at Bank of America, Walmart, and Conexant Systems, where he led transformative initiatives that drove significant growth and revenue.

In his new role, Ash will focus on scaling and stabilizing DoubleCheck’s current operations, driving innovations, and expanding the reach of DoubleCheck’s award-winning solutions.”

Rangan is a graduate of the Indian Institute of Management, Mumbai, and Bangalore University. He co-authored “Governance in the Age of Gen AI,” published by Simon & Schuster. He also holds certifications in cyber policy from Harvard.
