Following the major incident where a massive container ship Dali collided with the Francis Scott Key Bridge in Baltimore, a controversial cartoon made by Foxford Comics has sparked outrage on social media. Depicting the 22 crew members, who were Indian, in a derogatory manner, the illustration portrays them in shabby attireand preparing for the collision.
Captioned as "Last known recording from inside the Dali moments before impact," the graphic includes audio of individuals swearing at each other in English but with exaggerated Indian accents.

This depiction drew criticism among the social media users, not only for its racist portrayal of Indians but also for unfairly portraying the crew members in a negative light, particularly when Maryland Governor Wes Moore and even US President Joe Biden praised their swift actions, which potentially saved numerous lives.
Social media users, including The Poll Lady (@ThePollLady) and MaxK (@kalpeshxattarde), highlighted the role of maritime pilots, typically American, who are mandated by federal law to navigate vessels near bridges. Despite this, the heroism displayed by the all-Indian crew during the Baltimore bridge incident remains undeniable, emphasizing the need to address systemic issues such as racism.
For trailer park trash who don’t understand their own country’s laws, here is a rundown:

Speaking to the press after the Baltimore bridge collapse, President Joe Biden commended the quick response of the personnel aboard the cargo ship. He said, "Personnel on board the ship were able to alert the Maryland Department of Transportation that they had lost control of their vessel prompting the local authorities to close the bridge to traffic before the catastrophic was impact, a move which 'undoubtedly' saved lives."

Indian media is scared or just simply too lazy. Where are the memes of Western Made ship designs lacking safety. OR A meme saying good riddance to American/Chinese product. OR Asian Environment saved from disposable products OR What happened to the West OR If not for the Indian Workers the pilots would have been declared HEROES for saving lives. Much like the plane that landed in the NY river. LOL! What the incident taught TERRORISTS is that it is easy to get on a ship and hit a strategic bridge each half year. The cost of added security will cost the west tens of Billions each year making products expensive for customers. See what the shoe bomber did to us all. We now have to pull our shoes out to check that we are not carrying anything and a few box cutters made 9/11.
