A large-scale event titled 'Bharat Mobility 2024' is set to take place from February 1-3, 2024, at Bharat Mandapam in New Delhi to showcase India's proficiency in the mobility sector's value chain. The initiative is being coordinated by the Ministry of Commerce and Industry.
The three-day 'Bharat Mobility 2024' event will address the entire mobility value chain in a unified platform for the first time. The event will include specialized exhibitions such as ACMA Automechanika, an auto show, a large tire exhibition, and a display of the most recent electric vehicles (EVs).
The exhibition will highlight urban mobility solutions such as drones, batteries, charging stations, and various energy sources. It will feature cutting-edge automotive and information technologies such as EVs, hybrids, hydrogen, CNG/LNG, Ethanol/Biofuels, and so on.

Knowledge sessions, workshops, conferences, CEO roundtables, and facilitate business-to-business (B2B), government-to-government (G2G), and business-to-consumer (B2C) interactions, are also scheduled to take place as part of the event.
The automotive industry holds substantial importance in the India's economy, making up 49 percent of its manufacturing GDP and contributing 7.1 percent to the overall GDP. Over the past two decades, supported by various agencies, the industry has achieved notable advancements, emerging as a preferred hub for manufacturing high-quality automotive vehicles and components. This has led to a significant share in global trade for the Indian automotive sector.
