“Blown away” by Indian AI startups, says TiE Silicon Valley Prez Anita Manwani

The Indian-American president of TiE Silicon Valley, Anita Manwani, who is also the first woman head of the group in its 32-year-old history, spoke at TiECon 2024 about how she is “blown away” by Indian startups.
Expressing optimism on the contribution of India to AI, Manwani said, “The world has really become democratized in how they're dealing with AI. Certainly, India is one of the leaders there along with the US and so everybody is speaking the same language.”
