Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy, made a compelling case for his state’s future at an AI business roundtable hosted by the Indian Consulate General in San Francisco on Aug.9.
Addressing a distinguished gathering of CEOs from top tech unicorns, CM Reddy described Telangana as "The Future State," highlighting transformative projects such as the AI city, Net Zero Future City, and a comprehensive reimagining of Hyderabad.
Speaking about the government’s vision for Telangana's future, CM Revanth Reddy said, “In America, every State has a motto.New York State motto – Out of many, one. Texas is known as the Lone Star state. California has a motto, Eureka. In India, we don’t have a motto for a state. But I would now like to give my state – Telangana – a motto. My state Telangana can be called – The Future State.”

He further invited the global tech community to collaborate with Telangana, stating, “I invite you to Telangana. I invite you to the future. Together, let us make the future.” His call to action was met with resounding applause from the audience.
During his visit to Texas, CM Reddy, alongside industries,commerce, and IT Minister D. Sridhar Babu, addressed a gathering hosted by Dallas IT Serve Alliance, known as the voice of leading IT services organizations in the United States. The ministers emphasized the immense opportunities in Telangana, particularly in Hyderabad, urging the Indian tech diaspora to invest and participate in the state’s ambitious projects.
“We have built Hyderabad, Secunderabad, and Cyberabad over the years. Now, let us all join in making a world-class fourth city, the Future City. When you invest in Hyderabad now, you are clearly investing into the future,” CM Reddy stated.

Minister Sridhar Babu elaborated on key projects, including the extension of the metro network, the rejuvenation of the River Musi, and the establishment of the Future City. He underscored the state’s commitment to balancing technological advancement with sustainable development, positioning Hyderabad as a global hub for future tech, particularly AI, within a Net Zero impact urban environment.

During his address, Minister Sridhar Babu reiterated Telangana's goal of transforming into a US $1 trillion economy within the next decade. He called on the diaspora to play a pivotal role in this vision, highlighting the state’s strategy to boost service sector growth in Tier-II towns while enhancing the manufacturing sector.

The tribute reflected the state delegation’s commitment to Gandhian values as they embarked on their mission to foster global partnerships for Telangana’s growth.
