The 14th annual Forbes 30 under 30 class of 2025 features around 70 Indian Americans ranging from entrepreneurs, innovators and social impact leaders, who according to the magazine are creating meaningful change with business, culture and entrepreneurship.

ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE 

Aman Sanger co-leads Anysphere, a company enhancing AI tools for developers, focusing on efficiency and accessibility in software development. 
Arjun Desai, co-founder of Cartesia AI is driving advancements in spatial AI, transforming how geographical data is visualized and interpreted. At Nooks, Nikhil Cheerla is reshaping team collaboration using AI-driven tools that optimize workplace communication.

Adarsh Hiremath and Surya Midha, the co-founders of Mercor focus on building decentralized AI platforms to democratize machine learning capabilities. Anand Kannappan’s work with Patronus AI as the co founder centers on ethical and secure AI solutions, particularly in protecting digital privacy.

Sneha Revanur leads Encode Justice, an advocacy group addressing algorithmic bias and promoting ethical AI use in governance and law. Nischal Nadhamuni, the co-founder of Klarity, contributes to the company’s mission of leveraging AI to automate document review processes, saving time for legal and compliance teams. 

EDUCATION 

Sohan Choudhury is the co-founder of Flint, which is revolutionizing online learning by offering personalized and gamified study platforms aimed at improving student engagement and retention.

Akshaj Kadaveru’s MathDash enhances math education through interactive, AI-powered tools that make complex topics accessible and fun for students. Sidhant Bendre’s Quixard AI focuses on automating administrative and learning processes in educational institutions, streamlining workflows and improving efficiency.

SOCIAL IMPACT 

Ruthwick Pathireddy, co-founder, Temelio, focuses on leveraging AI to enhance healthcare accessibility for underprivileged communities, bridging gaps in medical resource allocation. 

Nishit Bhasin and Lakshya Garg, the co-founders of IncSkill, are revolutionizing vocational education with a platform that equips users with job-ready skills through personalized and affordable learning paths. 

Nihar Neelakanti, the co-founder of EcoSapiens, is championing sustainability by developing tech-driven tools to help businesses and individuals reduce their environmental footprint. 

Jahnavi Rao, the founder of New Voters, is empowering young people to participate in democratic processes, fostering informed civic engagement. Sasankh Munukutla, the co-founder of TerraDoy, is providing climate adaptation technologies that support farmers in combating the adverse effects of climate change. 

Abhinav Chawla, the co-founder of Stabl, is addressing housing instability by combining data-driven insights with affordable construction solutions to benefit underserved populations.

FINANCE

Rohit Bhadange co-founded Zamp, a company offering digital solutions for wealth management.

Gautam Ajjarapu, Vishnu Chakroborty, Sameer Kapur are the co-founders of Glide, a startup disrupting the finance and investment space. Sunny Aggarwal and Dev Ojha, co-founders of Osmosis, have brought innovative technology to the world of personal finance.

Mukund Tibrewala co-founded Salient, a firm providing financial advisory and management services. Uma Roy is a co-founder of Succinct, a company offering cutting-edge financial solutions.

Apoorva Ramesh, vice president at JP Morgan's investment banking division, stands out for her financial expertise. Chandana Rao works as a senior researcher at Worldquant, contributing her insights into finance and investment strategies.

RETAIL AND E-COMMERCE 

Rohan Shah, is the co-founder of Conduit Commerce, which is a platform designed to streamline the management of inventory, drop shipping, and supply chain needs by connecting retailers and suppliers. 
Prince Ghosh, is the founder of Factored Quality, a digital supply chain platform to address global disruptions during the COVID-19 pandemic. His platform allows retail and e-commerce brands to inspect and test products and audit factories during the manufacturing process, providing a more holistic solution compared to competitors that focus on just one aspect.

SCIENCE 

Sristy Agarwal, co-founder of Mesa Quantum Systems, is contributing to the cutting-edge field of quantum technology. Mesa focuses on developing scalable and cost-effective quantum computing solutions, which have broad applications in industries like cybersecurity and pharmaceuticals.

Vishruth Girish, a PhD candidate at Johns Hopkins University, is conducting research in the field of biomedical sciences. Her work focuses on leveraging technology to address pressing healthcare challenges, including disease diagnostics.

Rishi Goel, a resident at Massachusetts General Hospital, is making waves in medical research and healthcare innovation. His work is contributing to advancements in clinical applications, particularly in improving patient care through technology and data science. 

GAMES 

Krishna Singh was recognized for his pivotal role as COO of Moon Rock. He has contributed to the company’s innovative approach in game development, influencing its growth and direction within the gaming industry.

MEDIA

Simi Shah is the founder and chief executive officer of South Asian Trailblazers, a media platform, podcast, and talent agency dedicated to uplifting South Asian professionals. It has connected South Asian leaders in NYC, Washington D.C., San Francisco, and London through networking events.

HEALTHCARE

Anirudh Joshi and Viswesh Krishna, co-founders of Valar Labs, are transforming cancer treatment through artificial intelligence. Their flagship test, Vesta, analyzes tumor images to suggest effective treatments, currently available in 20 hospitals across the United States. Valar Labs has raised $26 million in venture capital funding.

A dual-degree candidate in medicine and philosophy at Johns Hopkins University, Akshaya Annapragada developed blood tests to detect liver and ovarian cancer. Her artificial intelligence tool, ARTEMIS, has identified over 800 cancer-related genomic characteristics and is licensed by DELFI Diagnostics.
Nikita Singareddy is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Fortuna Health, a platform simplifying Medicaid enrollment. The software, likened to "TurboTax for Medicaid," has secured $4.3 million in funding from Y Combinator and Andreessen Horowitz.

Suhas Gondi, a practicing physician and researcher, has investigated the role of private equity in healthcare. His findings on hospital pricing transparency prompted federal audits and penalties.

Rithvik Seela is the co-founder of Gradia Health, which offers Medicare patients personalized virtual support for chronic illnesses. The platform has raised $5.8 million to improve patient outcomes.

Sahir Jaggi is the founder of Tandem, a service facilitating access to affordable medication. His platform uses artificial intelligence to streamline administrative processes and has raised millions in investment.

Aimun Malik founded the Allied Network for Neurodevelopmental Advancement, which provides naturalistic autism therapy in clinical settings.
Harit Sohal is the co-founder of Marlow, a company addressing women’s reproductive health with lubricated tampons and educational resources. The company has raised $1.9 million.

Smriti Pandey is a postdoctoral researcher at The Broad Institute who has made advancements in genome editing. Her innovations, including eePASSIGE technology, are being developed for clinical use.

Kanishka Rao co-founded Carenostics, which uses artificial intelligence to identify chronic conditions early. The startup has raised $5.5 million in funding to improve diagnostic efficiency.

Karthik Ravi is a medical student at Stanford University, contributing to innovations in healthcare technology.
Raghav Sehgal, director of bioinformatics at Healthy Longevity Clinic, developed SYMPHONYAge, a biomarker that measures aging across 11 organs. 

Tanvee Varma is a resident physician at Brigham and Women’s Hospital, dedicated to advancing patient care through her medical expertise.
Ricky Pati is the co-founder and chief executive officer of Sparx, a company enabling healthcare providers to participate in value-based care programs. 

VENTURE CAPITAL  

Rak Garg, partner at Bain Capital Ventures, became the youngest-ever partner in 2024, three years after joining the firm. Garg has invested over $150 million in startups, particularly in cybersecurity and artificial intelligence. 

ENERGY AND GREEN TECH  

Raj Lulla and Namin Shah, co-founders of Haylon Technologies, developed hardware and software to optimize battery performance, reportedly extending runtime by 70 percent. They are collaborating with the U.S. military on advanced battery prototypes.  

Vignesh Karthik and Ankit Singhal, co-founders of Anthrogen, use genetically modified bacteria and AI-designed enzymes to convert carbon from the air into polymers and jet fuel. Backed by Y Combinator, they have raised over $4 million.  

Sanjana Paul and Bhargav Satish, founders of Earth Hacks, organize environmental hackathons, engaging over 5,000 participants globally to address issues like electric vehicle charging and air quality.  

TRANSPORTATION AND MOBILITY  

Nikhil Bhardwaj, co-founder of Xeal, developed cryptography-powered EV chargers that operate without internet connectivity, solving challenges in high-demand locations. Xeal has raised $54 million and deployed chargers in over 60 metro areas.  

Anshul Shah, co-founder of DeepWalk, created a platform to inspect sidewalks for ADA compliance using LiDAR technology. DeepWalk has worked with 39 municipalities and raised $2 million.  

Akhil Veluru, co-founder of NeoCharge, developed the Smart Splitter to optimize at-home EV charging. Over 12,000 units have been sold since 2018.  

Trisha Ballakur, chief executive officer of Pointz, leads a bike navigation app that rates streets for bike safety. Pointz has 10,000 users and raised $520,000 in funding.  

FOOD AND DRINKS  

Vasu Goyal, founder of Dose Daily, produces health-focused shots using ingredients like elderberry and ginger, available at major retailers.  

Rishabh Kewalramani, chief executive officer of Sidework, created a universal beverage dispenser for commercial spaces, which has secured $10 million in funding and is used in over 50 locations.  

Gurtej Dhall, founder of Dhall Hospitality Group, grew his business to $7.3 million in revenue in 2023 by providing food services, including contracts to serve meals to New Yorkers in need. 

MANUFACTURING AND INDUSTRY  

Abhinav Godavarthi is the CEO of General Biological, a New Haven-based startup he co-founded in 2023 with David Sozanski. The company produces bio-based plastics and resins from agricultural waste and molasses, raising $6.6 million from investors like Lowercarbon Capital.  

Krish Mehta is the co-founder of Phnx Materials, a San Francisco startup transforming coal ash into valuable materials such as titanium and rare earth elements. The company has raised $3 million from investors like Activate and Overture VC.  

Vardhan Mehta is the CEO of Acelab, a Brooklyn-based company offering AI-powered software for sustainable construction material sourcing. The startup has raised $15 million from backers including Pillar VC and Tim Draper.  

Shivan Lingam co-founded AccuDose, a Tampa-based firm providing water quality monitoring systems for reservoirs and treatment plants. The company expects $1.2 million in revenue this year.  

Siddharth Girdhar and Vignesh Rajmohan are co-founders of Pivot Robotics, a Y Combinator-backed company building AI-powered robotic arms for factories. Their startup has raised $3.2 million from investors, including Pioneer Fund and NuVentures.  

MARKETING AND ADVERTISING  

Vidyut Ghuwalewala and Ashwath Narayanan are the minds behind Social Currant, a platform connecting mission-driven organizations with social media creators. The company projects $6 million in 2024 revenue after having worked with over 3,000 creators.
