Arthur Kapoor has been appointed as a public member of the New Jersey Health Care Facilities Financing Authority (NJHCFFA), following confirmation by the New Jersey State Senate.
His term on the NJHCFFA will run until April.30, 2028, when he will continue to advocate for the public’s interests in shaping the future of healthcare facilities in New Jersey.
Kapoor, an accomplished entrepreneur and philanthropist, will represent the interests of the general public, providing valuable community insights to ensure the NJHCFFA remains accountable and responsive to the needs of New Jersey’s residents.
With over 35 years of experience, Kapoor has built a distinguished career in financial, clinical, and operational platforms that address complex challenges across various industries. He is the founder of Infotech Global, Inc., a software development company, and the co-founder of HealthEC, a fully integrated population health management platform. Kapoor also serves on the board of HealthEC, contributing to its mission of improving healthcare outcomes.
In addition to his professional achievements, Kapoor is dedicated to philanthropy. He founded the Akluyva Foundation, which supports orphaned children in India by providing food, clothing, education, and medical care. His humanitarian efforts earned him a knighthood from the Sovereign Military Order of Malta in 2011.
Kapoor is also active in academia and politics. He is the co-executive vice chair of the Board of Directors at the New Jersey Institute of Technology (NJIT) and a member of the Republican Governors Association's Executive Roundtable.
Kapoor is also involved in supporting various political campaigns at the gubernatorial, local, and federal levels.
