British Airways has unveiled a new "Meet and Assist" service designed to improve the travel experience for Indian customers with accessibility needs traveling to London. The complimentary, in-person service will provide personalized assistance at all five Indian airports served by the airline: Delhi, Mumbai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, and Chennai.

The service, which follows successful trials last year, offers support from check-in to boarding, and continues upon arrival at London Heathrow. British Airways staff, fluent in local languages including Hindi, Punjabi, Telugu, and Tamil, will guide passengers through the airport, help with check-in, navigate security, and assist with finding their seats. They will also provide wayfinding support at Heathrow and assist with connecting flights.
