Connecticut Governor, PepsiCo CEO Indra Nooyi lead trade delegation to India

The trip scheduled for next week will take the delegation to three Southern cities of Chennai, Bengaluru, and Mumbai.

Aimed at strengthening ties with Indian companies and attracting not only their investment but also their talent, Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont will lead a high-power trade delegation to India next week, which would take him to three Southern cities of Chennai, Bengaluru, and Mumbai From February 23 to March 1.

Co-led by eminent Indian American Indra Nooyi, the former PepsiCo CEO and chairman, Lamont, described this as a very important trade mission to India. Lamont, 71, is in the American Capital this week to attend the National Governors Association meeting.
