Aimed at strengthening ties with Indian companies and attracting not only their investment but also their talent, Connecticut Governor Ned Lamont will lead a high-power trade delegation to India next week, which would take him to three Southern cities of Chennai, Bengaluru, and Mumbai From February 23 to March 1.
Co-led by eminent Indian American Indra Nooyi, the former PepsiCo CEO and chairman, Lamont, described this as a very important trade mission to India. Lamont, 71, is in the American Capital this week to attend the National Governors Association meeting.
