Cyara names Raj Gupta as CTO
Gupta will lead engineering, product management, and security, driving innovation and strategy.

California-based AI-powered customer experience transformation platform, Cyara, appointed Indian-American technology executive, Raj Gupta as its chief technology officer (CTO).
Gupta brings over two decades of engineering leadership experience from companies such as Cogito, VERA Security, Navis, NICE, and Oracle, making him a pivotal hire for Cyara's strategic growth, the company said in a statement.
During his career, Gupta has successfully driven advancements in artificial intelligence (AI), machine learning, and data security. He has a proven track record of spearheading global product development across a range of industries, from AI and customer experience to supply chain management.
In his new role at Cyara, Gupta will oversee the engineering, CloudOps, product management, and security teams, with a focus on advancing the company’s technological innovation and strengthening its product strategy.
“I am honored to join Cyara and contribute to its mission of delivering exceptional customer experiences through innovative technology solutions,” Gupta said in a statement. He also emphasized his excitement to work with Cyara’s team to drive further growth and development.

We are on a significant growth path powered by an incredible team of engineers, product leaders, and skilled professionals across each of our functions,” Gupta remarked.

Gupta holds a Bachelor of Science and a Master of Science in Computer Science from Ohio State University and a Master’s degree in Management from Harvard University.
