EB-5 vs. Gold Card Visa: What’s changing in Investment Immigration?

President Donald Trump has introduced the "Gold Card" visa, offering wealthy investors a way to gain U.S. residency by investing $5 million. However, there are still many unanswered questions. Will it replace the EB-5 program or exist alongside it? The administration has mentioned that the Department of Commerce might play a role, but no official plans have been announced yet.
