Emirates Airlines is celebrating Holi, the festival of colors, by offering special festive treats to passengers on select flights to India on March 13 and 14.
Passengers traveling to and from Ahmedabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Hyderabad, Kolkata, and Mumbai will receive Kesar Gujiya, a traditional deep-fried dumpling filled with solidified milk and dried fruits. The sweet treat will be served in a specially designed box reflecting the vibrant spirit of Holi.

On March 14, first and business class passengers will also be welcomed with Thandai, a festive milk-based drink infused with nuts, saffron, and rose petals.
Beyond culinary offerings, Emirates' in-flight entertainment system, ice, will feature a curated selection of Indian content, including 180 movies, TV shows, and over 40 albums and playlists.
Passengers can watch new Bollywood hits such as Salaar: Part 1 – Ceasefire, Patna Shuklla, and Shaitaan, as well as a special collection from Yash Raj Films, a Bollywood production house known for its romantic films.
Emirates has been operating in India for 38 years, with 167 weekly flights connecting nine Indian cities. The airline’s Holi celebration highlights its cultural affinity with the country and commitment to enhancing the travel experience for Indian passengers.
