The Federation of Indian Associations (FIA) celebrated its Annual General Body Meeting at Ashyana Banquets with Diwali celebrations, marking a year of accomplishments and introducing the 2025 Executive Board.
The event marked the new leadership for 2025, with Anu Malhotra appointed President. In her acceptance speech, Malhotra shared her vision for the year, emphasizing unity and community. Treasurer Suresh Bodiwala presented the financial report, noting growth in membership and events.
The celebrations began with a lively social hour, followed by a warm welcome from Secretary General Nilabh Dubey and inspiring speeches from founder chairman Sunil Shah and president Pratibha Jairath, highlighting FIA’s 2024 achievements. These included nine major events, including a successful Windy City Bulls gathering, a Star Awards Night honoring the Blind Cricket Team, and a scholarship program for deserving students.

The event ended with a lively dinner, karaoke, and dancing, as well as a cake-cutting ceremony for October and November birthdays.
The event was made possible by key supporters, including Ramesh Punatar, Suresh Bodiwala, Jitendra Bulsara, and others, ensuring a memorable evening for all attendees.
