Some

serve as mediators, using their experience with cross-border disputes, while others act as judges, evaluating teams' negotiation and problem-solving abilities.

This event allows students to apply what they've learned and interact with top mediators while giving professionals a chance to mentor and shape future mediators through feedback and guidance. The competition helps students develop skills in negotiation, conflict resolution, and communication.
