OpenAI may be the sesame door for San Francisco that unlocks the treasure of Alladin’s cave. AI’s rise in the city will spark a broader boom for its small businesses like the New Delhi restaurant.  

After the pandemic, meetings have gone virtual. “When they do have conferences and meetings, hotels and conferences tend to serve all meals within their own premises,” says chef Ranjan Dey whose heart beats for the city. 

Nestled between the Hilton Parc 55 and Hotel Nikko, New Delhi has been a favorite of the workers of the financial center of San Francisco and tourists. For the first time its steps faltered during COVID, but friends and family injected $45,000 to keep its New Delhi heart beating.
