Family and friends of Indian-origin Pravin Varughese gathered on Feb.8 for a solemn memorial service in the wooded area where police say he froze to death nearly 11 years ago. The 19-year-old Southern Illinois University (SIU) student was found in the woods bordering Illinois Route 13 on Feb.18, 2014, five days after he was reported missing.
