New Jersey-based managed network services provider, Spectrotel, has appointed Indian-American tech executive Sanjay Patel as its chief technology officer.
In this newly created role, Patel will lead Spectrotel’s technology organization, overseeing IT, platform, and solution engineering. He will be responsible for developing the company’s next-generation digital platform, aimed at improving operational efficiency, network performance, and customer experience. Additionally, he will focus on advancing network architecture and managed services.
At Spectrotel, Patel was most recently senior vice president leading platform and solution engineering as well as enhancing digital platforms and managed services. During his career, he has held leadership roles across major telecom and technology firms including Windstream and Netstratum technologies.
During his 17-year tenure at Broadview Networks, he was instrumental in advancing VoIP and IP/MPLS networks. At AT&T, he managed large-scale operations, including IP platforms and messaging hubs.
