US court dismisses Pannun's claim that he served court summons to Doval in Feb

Attorneys representing Pannun claimed that they were able to submit summons issued by the court to Doval during his stay at the Blair House in Feb.

A US court on Mar.19 has dismissed the claim of Sikh separatist Gurpatwant Singh Pannun that he delivered a court summons to India’s National Security Advisor Ajit K Doval during his visit to the American Capital on Feb.12 and 13 along with Prime Minister Narendra Modi.

In a letter to Judge Katherine Polk Failla, United States District Court Southern District of New York, attorneys representing Pannun claimed that they were able to submit the summons issued by the court to Doval during his stay at the Blair House on Feb.12 and 13.
