Kash Patel, the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) director, has condemned the Pahalgam terrorist attack in Kashmir, in a social media post, saying this is a reminder of the constant threats the world faces from the evils of terrorism. 26 people were killed in the Pahalgam terror attack. They were targeted for their Hindu religion.

“The FBI sends its condolences to all the victims of the recent terrorist attack in Kashmir,” Patel said on 'X'. “We will continue offering our full support to the Indian government.” He also thanked the men and women of law enforcement who answer the call in moments like this.

His comments come after the US Director of National Intelligence Tulsi Gabbard on Apr. 25 said America stands with India as it hunts down those responsible for the terrorist attack in Pahalgam. US President Donald Trump called the Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Apr. 23 and expressed full support to India to bring to justice the perpetrators of the heinous attack.
