Gandhian Society celebrates Gandhi's legacy at Kumbh
Gandhian Society, a not-for-profit dedicated to the advancement of nonviolent principles, is honoring the legacies of Mahatma Gandhi and Vinoba Bhave by installing a statue, and offering their teachings to public.

The Gandhian Society is hosting an event at the Kumbh Mela in Prayagraj to honor the lives and teachings of Mahatma Gandhi and Acharya Vinoba Bhave.
The event will take place at the Sarvodaya Samaj located on Kali Road, Parade Ground, Daraganj, from Jan.13 to Feb.26, aiming to honor the enduring influence of these two leaders, whose messages of truth, non-violence, and humanity continue to resonate around the world.

Additionally, attendees will have the chance to experience a screening of the profound teachings of both Gandhi and Vinoba Bhave, presented on a large outdoor screen.
These teachings, which emphasize the principles of self-discipline, compassion, and non-violence, remain as relevant today as they were during their time.
In addition to the celebration, the Gandhian Society is calling on individuals who share these ideals to volunteer during the event. Volunteers will play a vital role in helping spread the powerful messages of Gandhi and Vinoba Bhave, fostering a spirit of peace and unity among visitors to the Kumbh Mela.
