The Greater Atlanta Vedic Temple hosted a celebration to commemorate the 150th Foundation Day of Arya Samaj on March 31.
The event brought together scholars, community leaders, and devotees to reflect on Arya Samaj’s contributions across education, social reform, and global harmony.

The event included the launch of a Vedic Prayer Book and speeches by dignitaries. Ramesh Babu Lakshmanan, Consul General of India in Atlanta, highlighted Arya Samaj’s role in promoting education and social upliftment.
Spiritual teacher Prashant Acharya delivered the keynote address, while Arya Pratinidhi Sabha America (APSA) president Bhuvnesh Khosla spoke on the theme “Arya Samaj @150: A Legacy Empowering Our Future.”
Visiting scholar Acharya Suyasha Arya reflected on Arya Samaj’s continued relevance, while spiritual insights were shared by Deen Chandora, Acharya Amol Kumar, Acharya Vedshrami, and Acharya Ananya.

The event showcased performances by students of the temple’s Vedic Sanskriti School, including Vedic hymns and bhajans (devotional songs).
